This after school program is a safe, fun & exciting sports & fitness program for kids! Introducing basic speed & quickness skills & drills for various team sports.
Class sessions will cover basic training, development and controlled scrimages. Players will learn about playing each team sport, rotated every few weeks. Depending on location, sports training include Football, Baseball, Soccer, Volleyball & Basketball.

Emphasis on the importance of education & athletics with an awareness of proper nutrition/fitness.
Low impact, speed/quickness skills and instructional drills, and fun, (non-contact) controlled scrimmages.
Build self confidence and self esteem;(Influenced by the “Positive Coaching” programs).
Learn about teamwork and good sportsmanship, while making new, lasting friendships.
We provide all the gear & equipment needed. (Tennis shoes/sneakers and water bottle strongly recommended).
Our AFTER SCHOOL Programs are taught on school sites, in a safe & fun environment.
AFTER SCHOOL Classes are for 1 hour. (Limit 12 students per class).
